Tracy Manes has been a successful business owner since 1991. In 1999, one of his companies received a prestigious award for the distinction of being the fifteenth fastest growing privately held business in Houston, Texas. The sales growth for this company from 1996 through 1998 approached 800%. In June 2000, Tracy co-founded a very successful material supply business named ProSource Builder Supply. ProSource grew from nothing in the year 2000 to sales of almost $24 Million in Fiscal Year 2007. In August 2007, Tracy and his partner sold the company to a U.S. subsidiary of a European holding company with $32 billion dollars in annual sales.
Since the sale of ProSource, Tracy has become a cancer survivor and has moved his family’s home and base of operations to Panama City, Panama. Also, because of surviving his illness, he came to realize even more the incredible importance of time with family and friends.
Because of Tracy’s irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit, he started to feel that familiar itch and began looking for a new business model soon after the move to Panama. This time, Tracy wanted to be able to use the power and leverage of the internet to build a successful business more quickly than ever before while still having the freedom to spend time with his loved ones.
One of Tracy’s fundamental beliefs is that people are successful in life when they truly want to be and when they have mastered the basic success principals of life. Once you have mastered those principals of success, you can apply them in order to become successful in any part of your life. It does not matter what aspect of life you choose; whether it be business, relationships, leadership, physical or spiritual wellbeing. The success principals are the same for all aspects of life and for all people.
As a result of being given a “second chance” at life, Tracy has developed a passion for helping others to find success. The system that he discovered, uses to run his web based business and teaches to others, allows him to leverage the power of the internet to achieve all of these goals and much, much more.
Tracy is the owner of four companies, a Texas real estate broker, international real estate developer/investor, sports car enthusiast/gear-head, avid fisherman and emerging philanthropist for causes that are dear to his heart.
